Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made either upfront in full or as a 50/50 split (half upfront, half upon completion).
• Payment plans are not available unless previously discussed and agreed upon in writing.
• My prices are low because I work at my own comfortable pace and create art primarily for enjoyment.

2. Artist's Rights

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion, for any reason.
• If your order is canceled by me for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
• If your order is canceled due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
• I may post your commission as part of my portfolio or for promotional use unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Client Behavior

• Any form of bigotry, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in a canceled order and blacklisting.
• You are expected to treat the artist (me) with respect, patience, and understanding.

4. Usage Rights

• You may use commissioned works for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless discussed.
• Credit must be given when sharing or reposting the artwork.
• Do not trace, copy, heavily reference, or redistribute the artwork without permission.
• Art theft will result in permanent blacklisting and a public report if necessary.

5. Turnaround & Revisions

• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and personal life obligations.
• Progress updates will be provided at major milestones (sketch, lineart, color, etc.).
• Major revisions after final approval may incur additional fees.

6. Agreement

By commissioning or purchasing any artwork or art-related services from Pumaklaw, you are spellbound to the terms above.
